Don't feel bad, I did exactly the same thing yesterday, including the strange woman giving me the stink eye by the back door. Ended up at GG, then noticed the sign for BO on my way back out. Clearly some difficulty having two joints so close, especially as the big, well-advertised joint doesn't want anyone ringing their doorbell. Curious what goes on in there, but BO and GG are enough for me.

You were most likely directly across the street from BO. They are directly behind the GEICO office. GG is roughly a 5 minute drive from BO. On my first trip to BO GPS landed me at the spot you were at with the same results. Called BO and Snow guided me in for a great landing.

WOW! I, personally, have never had this happen at reputable Asian-run places, so this is a very helpful warning & reminder to be careful. I normally don't carry MUCH extra money, and certainly nothing I intend to spend (like for an extra girl or anything), but I usually have a few extra small bills intended for spending money at other places (convenience stores, fast food, etc.). I'm not sure where I should, or could, conceal that extra cash on my person, and I wouldn't be real comfortable leaving it in the car at most of these places either. Come to think of it, if a place is known to have wallet content turn up missing, carrying credit cards, or other financially important materials, probably isn't wise either.

I know a few places (none of the Orlando hot-spots, that I know of) will offer a small plastic water-proof pouch for clients to take valuables with them to the shower, but I've never actually availed myself of those corny solutions, as I've usually had implicit trust in the honor and integrity of the Asian culture, particularly Korean establishments. Perhaps I am a fool in this regard. Has anyone ELSE seen anything like this at GG (or anywhere else)?

Wow, I haven't every heard of this happening at any of the AMPs I've every been to.

I am sure the mamasan would not approve at all as this would definitely hurt & drive away business if they got a reputation for any of that kind of thing going on. With that said, I always just take in with me the exact of amount of cash I intend to spend (no wallet) and my keys, that's it.

Out of town readers can be forgiven for not having the stamina to RTFF all the way back 10 FREAKING PAGES (and at the very BOTTOM at that, all as of this moment, but probably 15 pages in another couple of hours) even though that only represents a mere 18 days of posts in this highly active, and informative, thread.

By the way, "BB" is actually an acronym for a now-defunct AMP (formerly located a block north of E.Colonial near Mills Ave) that went by the name Bora Bora, which was a "branch office" of the also now-defunct AMP (formerly located on North Bumby) called "CB", or Cherry Blossom.

I have tried to go to this place twice now and both times ended up at GG. First time I went to BO, ring the bell and waited for approximately four minutes outside which seemed like 20. Nobody ever came to the door so I went out back and ring the bell and waited there and nobody came, so I left and went to GG. So I just recently went back again. I ring the door bell outfront and waited for a while, while I was waiting a girl walked out from a different office at the end of the building, walked by me giving me a look of disgust, got in her car to grab some stuff and then proceeded to walk right by me and give me the evil eye look. So I waited a little bit longer and nobody came so I left again and went to GG for a Nother great time. Just wondering if I'm the only one having this issue of getting in?

First time poster long time lurker. Thank you for all the info you've provided over the years it's greatly appreciated. I've been a hobbyist for many years and have had numerous dreams at BO, GG, BB, and of course CB as well as most of the AMPs in Central Florida. Snow is actually the best dream that I've had and definitely my all-time favorite. It's a shame she only works up front these days. Wondering if Yuki at WB is the same Yuki who was at BB and CB and if so would love to have a dream with her again.
