In my experience, asking ahead of time doesn't work. If anything, you lessen your chance for success. Be polite and patient. Put some effort into getting her aroused and let things progress. Don't be an ass. When she's ready for the main event, do a little P2 P play. Once in a while she'll make it clear BBFS isn't an option, in which case stay polite and do as she asks (I've had 2 ladies change to BBFS on a 2nd visit) but most of the time I've found she'll help you get in there bare. I never say anything about it and certainly never force the issue.

An old guy use to tell me to piss after going BBFS, it probably helps but not 100% effective, boy I missed the pre HIV days when BBFS was the norm.

This might be an old wives tale but I try to piss every time. It lessens my after regret slightly.
