I totally agree, It can't be called an upsell or GPS if the client knows the cost of everything going into the appointment.

In my opinion my friend is still being ripped off but it is not an upsell to him, he knows the price before he gets there.

Most providers are not willing to discuss anything before we are naked on the table, smart legal move on their part. So here we are with dick in hand discussing options, we should be playing not negotiating Safety is their main concern and they're very nervous on first appointments. How do we fix all of that for the Provider, Fixing it for the provider should fix it for us too.

I agree. It's not that John's review was an isolated incident. That's the main point. When charging $170 for a HE in a shortened 1/2 hr massage, even if they Don't Have a bad attitude but instead just a "blah" one with the notion of "churn thru here, see ya have a nice day", it doesn't matter how hot she is. It's not even remotely close to a reasonable market value. It's utterly laughable; seriously. But two points:

1) I agree with Love-TL, they do this because some people pay for it, and yes, those types of gals laugh at guys shelling out Way too much for basics. Along with that tho, is they end up believing they Deserve roughly that amount for just showing up for work, and as long as enough suckers end up feeding them for just that. They can still be happy with a lot of people, be cool & real to their regulars, but that doesn't take away from it.

2) That said, I also believe from feedback that on a good day and / or with someone a girl's gotten to know, especially if they contribute on here, that you'll see a great side of her, a great experience if you're willing to shell out a lot of money.
