From Market Center the difference between those three is negligible. Bali is literally across the street from NYNY (and Lucky Haven, another good choice). Nagoya is a few blocks up Harry Hines. If you are embarrassed about an Uber dropping you off in front of four massage parlors, then Nagoya is a bit more discreet, as there are half a dozen other shops in that strip mall.
