Kinda funny. I used to filter out Platonic as well. One day last year, I unchecked it and found a new girl. I asked her about the Platonic thing and she said that she checked it as it was just one option.

That might be a fun challenge, but I don't have the energy for it at this age. But the odds of success would depend on how many other guys she had helping her at the time, and of course how much she needed the $. I would just take it step by step and try to move her farther and farther along. It does look good on paper, but would probably be frustrating and futile. However, you never know and could be very pleasurable in the end.
