First of all welcome to the bowl. If you've paid your membership go ahead and send your text number (or ask for theirs) to take the convo offline as early in the process as possible. Sometimes it takes a few messages back and forth.

To answer your question yes it is somewhat different from straight pros although the fundamental elements are the same (fucking for cash). My suggestions would be:

1. Meet publicly for lunch or coffee, first, obviously. And let her know if all goes well that you all will move on to step 2 immediately.

2. Don't take her to your place (if that's even an option) on a first date. Tell her you will be getting a room for you all once your meeting is over.

3. Negotiate the room price into the date. Offer 150 and explain to her that you'll be paying for the room, as well.

Sorry your experience hasn't been the best but my own has been quite the opposite. There are those girls you described but they are very quickly identified and ignored imo.
