All or most of the agencies indicate which of their providers are good for it on their websites, and will charge extra if you partake in anal. If you don't see it on the website (usually included in each chica's profile), just Email the operator and they'll let you know. The sites clearly outline services available from each girl so you can customize your session and select chicas who will do it your way. It isn't too much different from buying a car. Basic price + add-on options.

You technically need a passport to cross back to the USA, but you will get through with minimal or no hassle if you have your drivers' license. But much better to have the Passport (or the DL sized "North America Passport Card" which costs minimally extra when you get a passport) to avoid the unlikely possibility that you will be detained for who knows how long it takes for Customs to be assured that you are a USA Citizen or otherwise have the right to cross north.

If you walk across into Mexico, then Mexican Customs will charge you a few bucks for a short term tourist credential. So far, this is not being enforced if you drive across.

The primary hooker zone where HK is located (there are actually a few different red light districts scattered throughout this vast Metropolis) is as you say "compact" once you get there. Just a few blocks to navigate past all of the action you can handle. Always advised to take Uber or other inexpensive taxis to get back and forth to the Border for no other reason than to avoid the possibility of lurking danger along the way. Though distance wise, its only a little more than a half mile walk as the crow flies. It's been so long since I've walked in that I don't even know what the Taxi Libres are currently accepting for the passage back and forth. I would NOT ASK the driver but simply proffer $5 at the end of the ride.

In Tijuana, the veteran move is to NEVER ASK PRICE from any service provider including hookers and taxistas as they'll just jack up the price. When the service is complete offer a fair payment and in my experience, it is almost always accepted.

One more item, if you plan to engage with the street girls, change some of your cash to pesos which is now floating around 20 x 1. This will save you about 50% of what the cost will be in US currency, though its cheap enough either way. Inexplicably, the street girls have remained locked in to the same price they were asking for 20 years ago when the peso was closer to 10 x 1. The bar girls know better and have jacked up their price in pesos when the Mexican currency fell against the dollar. Also, street girl service for the basic price (200-250 pesos = $10-13 US) is as basic as the price and your time can be up before you get close to the rhythm and flow. So if you aren't impoverished, offer at least double the peso amount for double the time and quadruple the service.
