Welcome to the forum and thank you for a detailed review on your first post. With all due respect, . 80 does not translate to a standard NOVA ending. If I understand you post correctly, it appears your tip was double what is generally accepted and expected for the services you've described. That's not good for you, or the buyer's market at large.
