I think it's not only morally wrong to not disclose a true gender identity to your partner, I am prerry sure it constitutes a breach of the sexual consent. The consent is your and your partner's choice and you can only freely consent to the certain action (s) if you are fully informed. As far as I know, the breach of sexual consent is sometimes called rape. In the UK, for example, some people were jailed for years because they did not disclose their gender history to the partner.
