2. Start it off at the beginning for a bit but don't finish. She also is open to this. Again, it's all about what you want within reason. She is not like other "professionals. " She is all about the client. So if you can stand it, start off with it and then end totally that way.

3. Go for a double. She will indeed do a "double" (again if you have it in you). In this case I would go for the extended 90 minute session if it's available, then start off with one in the beginning and then one at the end. But be warned! This will cause you to turn to jelly! (Laughing). Ask me how I know!

At the end of the day, as I stated, I have been around this game for a VERY long time. As a seasoned vet. I was top 5 at one point on the oThER site. I actually wrote her FIRST review there.
