Once she got in your car with the intent to aid an armed robbery, there's really not much you could do to deescalate other than what you did. Suppose you had a gun. You might have killed them all. But then you're on the news for that.

Armed Robbery Ripoff Report: Mia.

Hi:

I'm a multi-year, long time lurker. I don't post due to privacy concerns. Despite my privacy concern I have a responsibility to post due to what happened yesterday in Milwaukee. The readers of this forum need to be warned.

I was victim of an armed robbery setup by provider Mia. I learned much from carefully reading this web site and I was prepared. Preparation helped me but it was a horrible situation and I could have been killed.

Here are two ads for Mia woman who set me up:

(I attached screen captures of the ads as I assume the ads will soon be pulled. The photo of the girl in the ads is same the girl who set me up.).

I work in Madison and Milwaukee. I was planning a date and saw the Mia's Madison ad. She said she would prefer to meet in Milwaukee. I agreed then conducted what I thought was appropriate due diligence. I checked and found reviews on Mia. Unfortunately I was sloppy. There are many providers named Mia. I read reviews for a different Mia. I thought I was working with a reliable provider named Mia. I was very wrong.

I setup the date with Mia. Mia gave me an address, in a sketchy Milwaukee neighborhood, said it was a friends house and asked me to pick her up and drive her to her house. This was a warning signal I missed. When I got to the address she made me wait 10 minutes, then came around from the back. She got in the car, said hello, then starting searching her pockets. It was elaborate search of all of her pockets. She said she was upset that she may have forgotten something in the house. The searching went on for approximately 60 seconds. Another warning signal I missed. After 60 seconds I became suspicious and was visually scanning around my car as Mia continued her searching. In the mirror I saw two black males running to my car. At that moment the robbery setup became horribly and frighteningly crystal clear. Before I could get the car moving the armed robbers threw open the two front doors. One had a Glock automatic handgun. He shoved the gun into my side, grabbed the keys from the ignition and said give me the money, your wallet and phone. I put my my hands up and said, "take whatever you want". I handed him my primitive, low tech, small, nearly worthless burner phone. He was disgusted and threw the burner on the car floor. (I still have the burner phone!) Per advice from this web site I never carry my wallet and real cell phone with me in the car on a date. I always have a cheap gym bag with the date money in an envelope along with some other, non valuable junk items. I had my hands up and said what you want is in the gym bag in the back seat. I said I will slowly reach for it and hand it to you. They took the gym bag. They found the pay envelope on top. They said empty your pockets. I said "sure, whatever you want". I emptied my pockets of comb, kleenex, gum wrappers, pen, etc, etc. I kept saying everything you want is in the bag. They had my keys and I thought they would steal the car. They saw my car has manual stick shift and realized they couldn't drive it. They threw the keys at me. They took off with the gym bag. I got the hell out of there. I received the scare of my life and most likely this is the end of the hobby for me.

It's really bad out there. Is this worth it? Moral of the story: Be Prepared. I hope this helps everyone to stay safe.

Thanks for your report. Glad you're OK. You did a lot of things right. The manual transmission was a nice move. Well played. Stay safe guys.

A lot to learn from this one. The only times I have been ripped off was when I picked the girl up (ones I already knew). Giving a ride especially to someone new is a huge red flag.

Burner phone and bag are great tips though.

Glad you are OK and only resulted in hard lessons learned in this case.

If you feel any doubt in the lead up to one of these so-called dates, let her know. Express your concerns. That will only amplify your doubt because most likely she'll feed you a line or simply not reply.

Most of these "dates" are not worth the time or money.

Want to know the menu? "I don't discuss services. ".

Want to feel more confident about what she looks like? "I don't send pics. ".

And so on. I always feel happy when I manage to avoid one of these fucking train wrecks. In spite of myself.

I'm wondering if this is Summer K? There was another provider that also used the letter K. They would sometimes post together. She sure looks like one of the two. There are a couple mongers on the Milw board that would recognize her I'm sure. Definitely not in the $$$ range.

I don't fully recall the details but pretty sure she's been posted on fairly recently on Mil board if you feel like browsing. Pretty sure it was a STG listing though but same girl.

I would agree, but every once in a while you leave very satisfied with a smile on your face. That's how I felt when I left after seeing brittan!

Yeah, she's easily in my all time favorites. And I've only seen her twice.

Definately, be vigilant and never let your guard down even if you think you know them. Been ripped off twice in past 10 yrs and both times was with a provider I thought I trusted.

Be safe and keep you guard up.

After these rip offs and potential close calls, just a reminder that following the big head may be disappointing, but always much much better than a potential dance with LE or thuggish characters (lol). Stay safe fellas.
