Recently visited Spa 18 and saw Mia. The massage was good and the stretching even better. I wasn't into the HJ as it felt terribly mechanical and UTC was discouraged. Without any UTC it was kind of boring. The spa itself is really nice and if I were looking for a legit massage I would probably come back as the HE just isn't worth it.
