What time of day do you guys prefer to schedule a massage session?

I prefer 10:00 am when they're fresh, clean, and not exhausted from a day of applying hard massage. I've had providers tell me they are only good for about 4 massages a day and no more than 6 per day due to the stress it puts on them.
