Recently, there have been a couple of reports warning mongers against this girl. Her ad appears frequently on listcrawler.com.

I do because I've lived in a couple of different parts of Virginia besides the DC suburbs and have previously traveled as far southwest as Blacksburg, roughly 35 miles southwest of Salem. Nor was that the first errant geography in a crapshoot ad. I previously pointed out one intended for Passaic, NJ but posted here, and I saw an ad not too long ago for Peabody, MA on one of the Northern Virginia ad boards.

I guess that also explains why it appears they don't read the reviews posted here. If they did I would hope they'd work to improve the services. In the meantime I'll keep what you've shared in mind should I visit them again. In fact, I was considering seeking some relief this weekend after a crappy week at work, but today's weather is keeping me home. I'm past the age where I'm willing to venture out in this weather unless absolutely necessary.

Crappy weather might be best time to venture out? Probably business will be down, no rush and it will lift your spirits.

What might be happening is that the ones at Crapshoot Central (probably in Queens) aren't very familiar with US geography in general, having come from China fairly recently, so they know even less about US locations beyond Queens or New York itself. The fact that they left mentions of Queens and Elmhurst in the ad suggests that they're using a template (what a shock, right?) and just forgot to remove those references. As for Salem, well, that's down in that place called Virginia, which is just across the river from Washington, DC.

The persons placing the Asian crapshoot ads don't know much about geography, to paraphrase a line from a certain Sam Cooke song. Check out this ad in the Northern Virginia CityXGuide about services available in Salem, 225 miles to the southwest. The ad also mentions Elmhurst and Queens, both of which were in New York the last I checked.

A number of reliable mongers (and others of less certain pedigree) here have reported disappointing results after taking a turn at the Asian crapshoot, and I can't gainsay their reports as anything other than accurate reports. Yet, from Day One of my own experience with the crapshoot, I've never had a bad or disappointing result and only one that I would rank as "average". The rest, which number close to thirty, have been thoroughly enjoyable encounters. So, I'm thinking the disappointment my fellow mongers have experienced were due to their approach to, or expectations of, the crapshoot. It's akin to how one might feel at a casino, playing craps when one really prefers blackjack. How else to explain the difference between my findings and those of mongers whom I know to be reliable observers and participants in the hobby?

I suppose one could explain it by saying I've lowered the bar of my own expectations; those mongers who know me best (both from my posts in this forum and from information I've shared in PMs) can reach their own conclusions. But rather than lowered expectations, perhaps the variance between my results and those of others is due to a different set of expectations. Looking at it that way, it's a lot easier to reconcile the different experiences members here have reported. Just as craps is an entirely different game than blackjack (albeit with a similar goal), so too the Asian crapshoot is a different "game" than your friendly neighborhood AMP. If one understands that going in, and plays his chips accordingly, he'll have a far better chance of good results.

At the average AMP, one can expect (though not always receive) a table shower, a relaxing massage, and a satisfying finish during a specified length of time. At the crapshoot, despite the advertisements that claim otherwise, one should not expect the same "personal attendant" experience. A shower might be available before (and / or after) the encounter, and the lady might even join you in the shower, but it will almost always be a stand-up, DIY affair. Likewise, any massage will usually be perfunctory and administered only as a prelude to the more intense intimacies the crapshoots are geared toward offering. And, the amount of time one is actually "at the table" depends not only on one's endurance but also (and this is important) on how one successfully engages the table's attendant. I've mentioned this before, but it bears repeating here: One has a better chance of a quality experience at the crapshoots if one takes the time to make the visit enjoyable for the lady, too.

Basically, the day-to-day life of a crapshoot lady usually consists of longer periods of drudgery interspersed with brief, often barely more interesting, encounters with customers. If the lady views a customer's visit as little more than an exchange of one daily drudgery for another, it's understandable that the crapshoot experience would be much different, and more disappointing, than a typical AMP experience would be. On the other hand, if the lady knows that she's going to have a fun time when she sees you enter the room, then the chances of having a very good time, and getting a full session, improve to nearly even money.

Yes, I know that the ads for these operations often list services (such as nuru) that a monger seldom receives. But one has to remember, the ladies are not the ones writing those ads. Their understanding of their task can be markedly different. They know the basic expectation, but that may be all. Still, unless a particular lady is completely jaded and tired, they also want (and like) to have fun. And that's where it's up to us to help make that happen, because in doing so we improve the likelihood that the session will also be a lot of fun for us, as well. Now, think about facing that scenario every day for a week, a month, or six months. I have to emphasize: These benefits did not occur overnight, but they accrued reasonably quickly as a result of the comparatively small bit of extra effort I put in when playing the crapshoot game. My point is, the crapshoot game is only a crapshoot if one approaches it like the AMP game and only if one has the same expectations for the former as for the latter. The two games and the players, while providing similar outcomes, are different and must be played accordingly. I made an appointment with her a few days in advance and everything was easy to set up over the email on her website.
