Had a chance to meet up with April. If you know her so well she is always on her Facebook so l recommend that you contact her there and she'll respond fairly quickly. Also LE hides in plain vehicles. They wait for you to pick up a SW or even talk to one. Next thing you know they take your car and your walking. LE is very good at hiding. Try and watch the action before scooping. Just my opinion of course.

Michigan avenue Detroit from junction down to about Addison with the majority of SWs between central and telway or Martin, 94 or North side of Michigan mostly. If you scoop one, please share the details on here and send me the digits, LOL. Seriously if interested PM me and I'll tell you a few you might want to leave at the curb if you run across them in my opinion.
