Posts: 188I don't know the girl or the area, but that sounds EXACTLY like a sting to me. A worker will usually get in the car with you rather than talk out in the open (unless maybe you are in a beat up work truck or a van that has a 'free candy' sign on the side). Very common tactic of LE to say meet me at this location and for XX dollars I will give you good sex or some sh*t very similar. You probably dodged a bullet.

I was returning something at Best buy on obt and on the way out spotted a smoking hot slim tanned white gal in heels and a short black dress. She was on the phone and I was busy admiring her when she turned and smiled at me. She approached my car window and I asked her to get in as there was a car right behind. She asked me to drive around and meet her instead. She said 1. 5 for HH and 3 for h and she had a room nearby. Those figures had me a bit shook and I was nervous about saying anything incriminating so asked for her digits instead. I doubt if she was a decoy as she was early twenties and dressed like going to a posh nightclub. Anyone seen her?

Posts: 289I did. While the thought did cross my mind but so did wishing a happy birthday, damn those impractical jokers, I would never have realistically considered it. Not in my nature and besides if there was ever an emergency I would need to be focused on my job. Besides I am sure they don't want an old fat guy anywhere near them.

If I were in your situation, I would've kept it professional and minded my own business. You were at work. Therefore, you should've behaved accordingly. If they wanted company, they would've asked.

Working this lovely graveyard shift I saw a guy and girl head back to the bathrooms. After a few I went to check and heard the shower going. Then the squealing and pounding. So my mind is racing. Should I not say anything? Walk in and ask to join? Burst in a yell Happy Birthday?
Yes, I am beating myself up. So many options but instead I let them finish and bring them some towels. Girl was freaking hot but when I brought the towels she caught me listening in to see if they were done. Awkward.
What really bites is the pool and jacuzzi was down due to a maintenance issue otherwise my bet is they would have used the jacuzzi. Damnit.
What would you guys have done?

Visited OBT a few weeks ago and saw Barbie in a pink top, walking on Lancaster. Saw Frankie hanging out at the Wawa. Also saw Sara hanging around the Citgo gas station on Jordan Ave.

Posts: 205Well if you're that concerned
That your phone is sharing your Mac address and or IP address when it's powered off. Then you're paranoia won't rest that you can very well be downloading Trojans and other malware when you download an application. If I really wanted to track your phone / computer that's how I'd do it.

Are one smart mofo, thanks. I am going to invest in a bag LOL. Being a doomsday prepped I feel like I should have already owned one. Is it wise to use an app and delete the app after each usage? I know this doesn't do much in the case of Apple as they're store keeps recently downloaded apps in que without being able to clear that list. Please advise.

We're not smoking crack. Just shows the length some of us would think through to protect our lifestyle.

Posts: 205OMG you guys are smoking crack. The processor cores inside something like a https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Qualcomm_Snapdragon are power hungry especially the ones used for signal processing or digitally filtering GPS NMEA data at 1575.42 Mhz. But there is also support circuitry for the GPS antenna like power amplifier stages too. When you power down your cellphone you put the multicore processor into deep sleep mode. Only the RTC or real time clock is functioning. When it's turned on you are really toggling a wake up pin on that processor which will then carry out firmware for that operating system and start grabbing those instructions from eeprom. The external RAM stays powered which is holding those webpage addresses when you turn on and off your phone. But it isn't transmitting anything when powered down no tcp data packets, no phone calls, nothing.

Yes your right the Faraday bags do work. With all the GPS tracking on IPADS knowing everywhere you have traveled throughout the day. And that history stays with you. Might be helpful for work tracking also LOL. I have found them on amazon.
