OMG that's the worst! I had one years ago, same thing. Once I got behind her the smell hit me and I got soft, faked it like you did. You know its serious when you have to throw your underwear away hahaha. Me I have no problem telling a provider she has an body odor, but from what your describing she probably needs to get that checked out. Thanks for the info!
