I don't think the City is going to waste the taxpayer's money going after her because there are so many others in the same situation for similar and unrelated infractions. However, if they pick her up on the street, she will not only face a new charge of SW, but have to deal with the probation violation. Her PD will likely do a plea deal where she won't spend any State sponsored, vacation time and her mom will likely pay the fine.
