After thinking about it, I would agree with you. Being robbed usually involves a weapon or force, so that was probably too strong of word to use in this case, but any other word that I can think of for this act is not very kind either. Both of these parties dispute whether this is true or not and seem out of character for both. MDuke has posted for a couple of years and seems to be honest in his information posted, I did notice that his very first post was a ripoff as well. I think we all have different experiences getting a hold of her. I have seen her often and she is hit and miss at times, but the service is worth the troubles IMO.

Because if you look at most reviews they are about her making arrangements and then going crickets. She had a great reputation and skill set, but that has mostly gone downhill for whatever reasons in the last year.
