Yup, that Extended Stay America over near Town Center is popular with providers. I've seen maybe 8 providers at that location through the years. I actually visited two different providers there about 2-3 years apart, but in the same room. Talk about Deja Vu all over again. Had some of my best times there and one of my absolute worst experiences too. That article was an interesting read. At first, I thought that the provider that they were speaking to was Katie the Russian. But the age is off. The former provider in the article states that she's 30-something, but according to my spreadsheet, Katie the Russian will turn 28 in a couple of months so it's not her in the video. The article was pretty complete where the local "hot" spots are located. They even got Hooterville identified correctly.

In April 2018, Opera shut down its mobile app. It still operates a web-browser mobile app for Android and iOS called Opera-mini. However, this mobile web-browser does not have a VPN. All the features that made the VPN a semi-viable option are no longer available, and you should really consider an alternative. Oct 24,2018.

I was on Opera until it disappeared.

I use and would recommend AirVPN there is even a node here in Jax on Water St and it's fast. Let's me bypass my employer's WiFi filters that block this site and others so I don't have to use my data. It isn't free but it's cheap, I pay 5 bucks a month buying 3 mos at a time for 15. You can also pay like a dollar for a day to try it.

Just make sure the vpn you use does not keep logs. But all you really have is their word for it really. A lot of people use Express vpn as well.

You can also use TOR browser.

I always wondered why we don't have longer hours here, 24 hr spots would come in handy on those slow Swan nights.

I totally agree. I lost track of the number of times that I have chosen to skip the AMPs for an evening with the expectation to meet up with an escort only to have that fall through with no backup option. The "Six Shops" in the St Petersburg / Pinellas County area are open 24 hours.
