Without a screen shot of the ad in question, it's a hard question to answer. Here is what I know: Adlist is mostly fake pics, so if you do pull the trigger, don't be disappointed in who answers the door. As far as Burbank goes, not as prolific as North Hollywood / Van Nuys / Reseda, but not as closed down as, say Santa Clarita. Fun to be had, but if I wandered into any shop in Bur, I'd expect legit.
