I was there Thursday about 1:30. Had to wait like 30 minutes, and luck of the draw, got the old ugly one. She didn't speak ANY english. And to use translations application to talk to me. No BBBJ, no kissing, just a 20 minute mediocre experience (paid for the hour), and then told to go.

I think this is mostly handler's fault stacking up appointment for Judy. Their price structure didn't help either. They charge $140 for half hour and $160 for whole hr.
