Search Vigilante or Milstead on this site. Lots of people have had run ins with him. Then search William Milstead on the myorangeclerk website and you can read about his convictions. Impersonating an officer, extortion, aggravated assault, and on and on. He is definitely a whack job. He had been gone for a while, but sounds like he's back now. What a moron.
