Been busy with work and stuff, but thought I'd drop a summary report.

In the past 2 weeks I've visited China Massage (41 & mars hill Acworth). Young's & Great Wall on 92 (acworth as well), and Eagle's Landing spot called "Lan Massage" (Jimmy Johns shopping center).

** China Massage. I never see anyone under 45 here. And on the occasion that there is someone younger, they don't stay long. Here's the thing though. I ALWAYS get a good massage here. You want hard, they understand legit hard massage. Extras are available if you want them. I cannot stress enough there is good legit massage to be had here. 50/30 average bill.

** Young's. I like it here and I'm treated very well. No fuss, no issues. It's not as nice as some other places, but it's not dirty. It's just not as decorated and "spa like" as other places. More down to business. I know some people think the taller chick is in charge, but I actually thing the smaller one that looks to be maybe 40 ish and very thin (maybe 5'1 and 100 lbs) is in charge. She gives a good massage and is friendly, but steps out of the room a lot when there are issues in the store. :

CC (or CeCe) - always pleasant, always accommodating, and to me very pretty / elegant. 50/30 average bill.

Kerry- I did not see when I was in a couple of days ago, don't know if she left or is off work (they always say "vacation" when you ask). 50/30 average bill.

Mia (Mya) - aggressive massage, very little english, but very happy to help relieve any place you want relief. 50/30 average bill.

Katie. I've said before, young, fun, cute, happy, easy going, good english. 50/50 average bill.

If you want 2 girl /4-hand, this place delivers well. They don't get shy just because another girl is in the room. 100/60 average bill.

** Great Wall. Cute staff. Clean. Decorated. I have a UTR here I recently killed things off with. If you have the clout, I can share some info.

Mia (Coco from back in the day from what I've been told in messaging) - Will go far and wide to please you. 50/30 average bill.

Angela. Everything is on the table, but it's not cheap. 50/50-80 average bill depending on service. Takeout available.

Sasha. Cute, claims to be 10 years younger than she is, but still cute. Determined to make everything good & happy. If you have the energy, 2 times is no problem for her. Before and after the flip. 50/30 average bill.

"Other Girl" - sorry dudes, can't get her name (possibly anna?) heavier than Sasha, lighter than Mya, usually in a dress. Good massage. Got a surprise prostate exam with a full reach around. Not my thing, but if you're looking for it, here it is! 50/50 average bill.

** Lan on Eagles Landing - 3 older ladies. One is cute, 45 ish (maybe 95 lbs soaking wet) very long hair. One is not cute, probably 55 ish, and one is possibly the other two's mother. The acceptably younger one of the 3 (I think her name is Angel, but the engrish is REALLY rough with this one) is best described as a squirrel monkey on the massage table. I've had plenty of back walking since I first walked into a spa in South Norwalk 15 years ago, and this ain't that. She's on you like a little gymnast and really goes hard to massage every last square inch of your backside. Totally completely worth the experience to drive down there if you're ever bored. I would move her to the North side personally if possible. HE is possible with report (2nd visit for me). They are in a high arrest area, so first visit was "teasing no action". Second visit went very well. House fee is $60 here, not $50 (heads up). I think they try to be as legit as possible and have ladies in and out as well (similar to that little spot next to KSU and Big Pie). 60/20 average bill (because I'm more about the total than the tip itself. Get your boss to give you the missing $10 bucks).

The lady that owns Yini with her husband used to own Spa18, but sold it about 6 months ago. The new management provides younger therapists and possibly not totally legit every session.

My own opinion is that BH and Atlanta as a whole has too many CAMP and simply won't support that long-term. This results in less business for any one shop unless their is a huge influx of new mongers or there is something special bringing customers in.

The CAMPs / KAMPs south of Chamblee-Tucker get enough business, except maybe for Cherry, and should be able to sustain. Anything north of Chamblee-Tucker is legit (read: boring) as Doraville doesn't like places that give HEs, yet those CAMPs don't show any signs of slowing down either.

If she wants repeat business and to make $ I recommend 4 enhancements to her business model.

2. More centralized area. Perimeter is perfect.

3. Cheaper hotel. There are a lot of options between the Westin and Motel 6.

4. Keep in touch with past clients. I told her I was interested in a repeat session this weekend if she was at Perimeter but haven't heard from her. She should be lining up appointments during the week.
