Just a couple tips here, having been a long time client of hers. She prefers texting only. She might answer calls, but it's not the best way to go with her. It's also VERY rare that she's just going to be ready on a moment's notice. I could be misunderstanding here, but if she just said she would be available "after 2:30", that doesn't sound like confirming an appointment. That sounds like she was saying you should text her around 2:30 and lock in a specific time. Personally, I always ask her to just let me know when she's ready, and I don't start driving until I hear from her.
