"Thick" is another term whose meaning has metastasized into nothingness. As of now, no information is conveyed by saying a girl is thick. It can mean anything from just slightly fleshier than ideal weight, (which can be quite hot, if that fleshiness is properly distributed), up to and including fatties.

Now, there are some fatties that are worthwhile. But it is usually some sort of a special case. It is the exception, in my opinion.
