I know some providers change their numbers for various reasons, but it's confusing when they have different numbers in the same week; or even post with one number and have another contact number.

If they were marketing professionals, I'd imagine they are using info to collect data on ad source, but I'm imagining it's for other reasons.

Regardless, is this a red flag?
