These three bookers have always been part of the same org. In other words, the same owner owns all of the incalls worked by these three bookers, plus one incall in SD. Before they had their own website, only a few people knew they were connected, but others figured it over the last year when they saw the same girls touring through LA with J and OC with M and K. Then when CV shut down, it was confirmed when they consolidated into a single website. This same owner also has locations in SJ, San Mateo and Oakland, but that is a separate website. (However, their SoCal website has a gallery tab for "SF" but there isn't anything there. Perhaps a consolidation into a single website is on the horizon.
