The longer I am seeing providers, I learned to always have a backup. There have been plenty of times when I've called to set something up and then they don't call back. I don't get it. (I suppose this post should be under "rants" An hour for me is 60 minutes, for many providers their "hour" is more like 10-20 minutes.
