Don't know about the hour. But every time I go they charge 40 for half hour. I get the full hh everytime and sometimes more, haven't been rushed yet. Then 20 to 30 tip; so usually spend 70 all in.

It's people like you who cause attention to these places that get these places closed down. You shouldn't have knocked on every door. It's pretty obvious which room it is. It's at the very end on the floor on the left. It's the last room before you turn right to the bathroom.
