When a booker ask for reference, what is it mean exactly?

In the past, giving up names of the girls I've seen in the past were sufficient. I assumed they have all the phone numbers of the girls in the industry, and they call each other to verify.

Reference just means name of two or three Korean girls you saw before and her contact phone. Very few ask for dates as well. Even I was asked for dates a couple years ago.

Nothing new. It is impossible now to have numbers of all girls. Some bookers won't even talk to each other so don't assume the references you use are good enough. Always be patience and try different references until they can verify you.
