I just told the booker names of other bookers who I know and that I saw Taylor when she was in WLA and Roya when she was Grace in WLA. That was all that was needed for acceptance.

From a purely personal observation, I don't know if there is a "usually". Why was she the unfortunate one? I don't know. But eventually she gave up trying to work at that location out of fear / depression / financial issues, while the others keep going. At least for now, since the building has seen mass exodus multiple times over the 7 years that I've been aware of.
