So looking deper into SB vs SA I can find the same ladies on both sites, so I think both are legit.

So then it comes don to $$.

SB wnats you to buy credits it tales ten credits to chat with a girl so it can cost you $3-$6 per chat depending on what package you buy. The good the chat is a one time fee and is umlimeted.

The bad if you send a bunch of messages you will run out of credits fast.

So on SA the $90 for a month and unlimited messages is a better value you just need to be prepared to hunt hard and build up numbers within that month.

I made a profile on Secret Benefits about 6 months ago and I still average a message a day from ladies or bots on there. I do know that there are some legitimate ladies on there as I recognized two from ladies that are also on SA that I have seen.

There is no way that someone is paying a 38 YO woman $2,000. Sorry. She's lying.

It wouldn't surprise me if someone would pay that. Some people have more money than they know what to do with. Do the math? The site originally allowed SB's to post allowance expectations. At the 10 K / mo level, some SB's expected to only meet a couple times a month. Crazy? I THINK SO!

But truthfully. If she offered something that I absolutely could not find elsewhere. Or was the 15 out of 10 that I had always had a crush on since I was a young lad. Let alone that an overnight with a professional model in Germany would run you about the same. Maaaaaybe.

And no. No opinion on said profile. Have not looked at it. Just in general. Everyone is free to seek what they desire. I do not understand the whole shaming / GPS aspects. Reports are useful in the sense that it is what the SB may be seeking. If that's too much or not tho is not for me to say.

1. While getting a condo downtown seems a good idea because of the location, I wouldn't invest a cent with the current city council. I'm expecting that Air Bnbs will be off-limits or heavily regulated in Seattle in the next few years (they will use the "housing crisis" as a reason).

2. The HOAs of many condos downtown don't allow Air Bnb.

3. I don't know how long you plan to be pooning, but for most of us, it comes in spurts (sorry, couldn't resist that one). Meaning that I've gone a year of blowing thousands of dollars on pussy and then maybe a year of spending $500. $1500 or so per month is quite a long-term commitment for something that you may not have an interest in after 5 years.

4. Please watch the movie "The Loft" (it's a dreadful movie, but there are some seriously valid points that are made in it) while you're researching this.

5. When I screen on SA, one of the first questions I ask is, "do you have a place we can go to" (probably phrased better). Only one person I met didn't have a place where we could be intimate (okay, two. But I was already staying at a hotel for the second one).

You've given me a lot of good points to consider. I'll watch "The Loft" on a weekend when I get a chance however I can actually play out similar scenarios quite well. I tread the waters of drug addicted SB's by avoiding them. What if the partner happens to invite one over who ODs? Or the partner is into drugs? Bah. One can play it out / exposes one to a lot of risk and questions.

The long term commitment is viewing the property as an investment on its own regardless of the avoiding hotel costs. Owning property is never a bad thing. The HOA / Seattle city council thing is something I had not considered and need to look into. Thanks.

Personally, I'd just try and team up with someone that doesn't have any concerns with using their place as a host pad of sorts. Some of us, like myself, have no private life concerns so hosting is ok with me.

No private life concerns from a married / SO perspective however I have one of privacy (I am not going to open up my home to someone I do not know / I have a son who is with me part time. Crazy SB showing up is not an option) and distance (I suffer a long commute to enjoy the peacefulness of several acres on the water. Many SB's shudder at the travel time for an evening).

The number of SB's who are willing to host in my experience is quite limited. My first monthly was able to host but truthfully I was a lot more comfortable in settings I controlled. Her place was small, rather disorganized and not what I would call an ideal place either. Small studio on capital hill. I could easily purchase a place like hers and use it myself but I would simply be wanting more.

Perhaps it depends upon the age? My experience is that the ones I am interested in often live with roommates which I understand given the cost of rent. My little phd yoga expert is married so that ruled her place out. Got to wonder what her husband thinks when his wife comes home and is 'extremely wet' as certain things leak out. LOL. Anyways.
