It's probably gonorrhea. Testing negative doesn't prove you don't have it because you can get false-negative test results. It might take days or even months for symptoms to appear, and in many people gonorrhea has no symptoms, but you can transmit it despite having no symptoms. You should have yourself re-tested. The Pasante Unique condom probably provides more complete and more reliable protection than a FC2 female condom, either with the inner ring removed or still in place, since during intercourse the outer ring of the FC2 female condom that stays on the outside of the woman's body can get pushed against the base of the penis, allowing a small area of contact between the base of the penis and the woman's vulva. If you remove the inner ring, it is important to use fingers you haven't fingered her with or otherwise contaminated. I found both Pasante Unique and FC2 female condoms for sale today on eBay.

Did you go to the clinic and test positive for an actual STD? That said you can catch an STD from anyone (I. E. , online, a bar girl) if you're not using condoms.

As far as picking up SWs, I would seriously avoid picking up SWs that look disheveled and not in their right frame of mind.

You don't need symptoms to have an active infection.

Most places like Planned Parenthood will give you a Zpack even if you are not having any symptoms.

The Zpack can help prevent symptoms such as feeling like you are pissing fire and it will usually kill any STI's you might have.

A Zpack, or azithromycin taken as 1 gram in a single dose is only effective for chlamydia. Not for gonorrhea, syphilis, HIV, etc.
