Do you know if that's a "standard" advertised price structure? Was the tip amount specified, or did you just offer that? The total still seems a wee bit high, but only by the out of-town standards I'm seeing pop up down the road in Orlando.

Out there, they've had a bit of competition erupt lately (in a good way for customers). Some time ago, Cherry Blossom was the ONLY quality game in all of Orlando, then they opened up a second location (Bora Bora), but that place caught too much negative attention and closed down without benefit of LE intervention (closed on their own. Lease revocation or something. Who knows). They also had a third location for a short while called Cream And Butter. Anyway, another place opened up (Golden Gate) and was using some of the same Cherry Blossom girls, but they were unrelated to Cherry Blossom (and competing). Then there was some sort of mysterious BUST at Cherry Blossom and it closed permanently. Reports even of a SWAT Team deployment! Cream And Butter also closed at that time. Oddly, there was never ANY news or other authoritative reports on why that happened. With only Golden Gate (GG) in town, it wasn't long before another competitor popped up. Blue Ocean Spa (BO), which is less than a mile from GG. Competition was, and is, fierce with over-the-top performances and services by all girls on staff (hands down, more wild than anything anywhere along the entire Gulf Coast). Then, just within the past few months, ANOTHER place has opened up in Kissimmee (usually a veritable wasteland for AMP services) called Kissimmee Massage Spa (KMS). This place ALSO has some of the same girls from the former Cherry Blossom and they're performing at the name nymphomaniacal levels. Toss in a long-running AMP on Vineland, just west of Kirkland, called U-Massage, and there are now four places in the Orlando area that are pretty good (although U-Massage is just a very wee bit less wildly exotic, but not by much). All of these places run the same price structure of 80+160 for full hour sessions. They had been running 30 minute sessions (with no drop off in services or performance, just more of a wham-bam) for only 60+140 (200 total). However, recently (and this is FINALLY where I come to the point that relates to Han River), BO has started offering 45 minute sessions for 60+140 (200 total) and KMS is doing the same thing. I interpret this aggressive pricing to be part of the fierce competition for clients, given that they've ALL pretty much gone as far over the top in cöck-draining service levels as possible, short of doing BBFS (which would probably scare away as many as it might draw).

So, if our local places were to start doing 45 minute sessions for 200 total, that would be in line with what the Orlando market is seeing. Personally, I'd buy that package all day long! That said, and in spite of what appears to be aggressive and competitive pricing, a couple of those places in Orlando (BO and GG) seem to be SO busy that they actually prefer to shuttle customers in and out as fast as possible. That 200 every 45 minutes actually adds up to a higher gross on the day than 240 every hour, but only so long as they stay busy enough to run back-to-back sessions. Our local Tampa places may not always be that busy because there are so many MORE AMPs to which the business can be spread around.

I had wandered into this place a couple of years ago because I wasn't real familiar with the area at the time and it's easy to find right off the freeway. By comparison with with I saw this week, I can tell the place has been totally renovated with all new floors, freshly updated rooms (at least the one I was in), and what looks like a new shower. Due to the newly passed Tampa City Bath House ordinances (i.e. No table showers allowed without special, onerous, permits, which I don't think any of the AMP's are pursuing), that fancy new shower is a (still very large) stand up shower labeled as a self-shower facility. I'm sure it's as good as any other similar facility in the city limits. The strip-shopping-center has typical parking so you can park anywhere without being obviously identified as a spa patron. If I remember correctly, there's some sort of sandwich shop on one side and a Barber Shop on the other, so I don't think they'll have "neighbor issues" in this area, plus those businesses are used to having an AMP at that location. They also have even more discreet parking behind the building, although it's a little tight with "angle parking" required, but the back door entrance is clearly identified with the "SPA" label on the red awning.

I've seen Ivy a number of times over the years, including at her prior locations in the bay area, and she is my personal "ideal" combination of attitude, skills, and looks (tall and utterly drop-dead gorgeous with what's got to be a 20" waist and goddess-like curvature above and below).
