Just noticed this one. Haven't been by to see if it's real. West Washington, across just west of Cirillas.

I had to look-up the definition of PITA as I am not hip to texting acronyms.

Stopped in to see what I could find. I had been a few times before with no luck, but the girls were flirty and friendly so I thought I'd try again. I saw Mary, a younger 5, who walked me back.
