I completely agree with Inch on this one. I am done with Young's too; the girls have just let themselves go and the place is just nasty to me now. Great Wall is just a fantastic experience with multiple options all out the door at $100. I have gone three times at this point and all three times have had different girls. From my experience the Camp girls don't think of themselves as hookers. Many of them are pleasers and will pamper you for an hour, rubbing you, teasing you, treating us the way we wish our wives would. Sometimes they rub one out for us, sometimes you have a connection and it goes further. Most of the time if you are forward with them, rushing the massage and making it known that you are only there for the HE they will resist. If you are looking for just straight up get to business HE or BJ or FS go to a Kamp. There are quite a few around (Gold, Royal, Tiger, Peach, St Jame, Aromatherapy, Pine, Therapy Plus etc.) they cater to the extras and don't focus so much on the massage.

So when I wind up in a self service situation, I always wonder why the girl says "in not allowed" or "boss will get mad" when they tease and allow otc or utc roaming. At this point of the massage why does it matter to them to still not just do a HE? Are we being filmed or are they afraid of rumors?

That varies. Some of them actually will do HE. They may just want you to come see them again. That's how they get their "regulars". Then the next time you see her, she actually will deliver. Then again there are those who just don't want to touch your junk. It depends on their mood. Hell, for all we know, it may turn them on watching us to do it.
