If you mean the Kitty Kat that has a fairly negative reputation on the forum. The one that is frumpy looking and wears cat ears, I have seen her quite a bit at the WM on the outskirts of the parking lot and alongside the WM on that side street. She has had a HANDLER sitting / walking beside her EVERY TIME I have seen her, for what that's worth.

There has been an upswing in LEO presence in the WM parking lot including undercover monitoring from what I have heard.
