You need to do 2 things.

1. Replace '#tampa' to '#!/tampa' (notice that I have added exclamation mark followed by the forward slash).

2. Remove all blank spaces from the URL.

If you do that, you will see the picture as long as the ad is still active.

In addition to removing the spaces you need to add a !/ between the # and the tampa. I'm not sure why the forum software does this sort of thing with some links but if you ever run into it again go to any other similar page on the respective site and check the format to match. Apparently it is sometimes something more than just extra spaces.
