I'm sorry to say that these are the least desirable hours to be fishing for talent in Tijuana bars. A few of the bars will be rich with talent from early afternoon, and many will be hopping crazy and wild in the middle of the night until dawn, but 10 am through noon will be just plain dead almost everywhere. The good news is there is one exception. That is the favorite bar for most of the gringos, Hong Kong. That place keeps the merchandise stocked around the clock. It is probably the worst hours for HK too, but you should find something you like. The street girls may be your best bet and certainly your best bargain. There should be some cuties out along Callejon Coahuila (one of the access points for HK), and Ave. Constitucion found at the end of the Callejon (aka "the street girl alley). The most basic wham bam thank you ma'am encounter with a SG will cost you less than a good breakfast at Denny's if you pay in pesos (200-250 pesos = $12-18 USA Depending on the day's exchange rate) or $20-25 if you pay in dollars. I preferred to pay double the price or more for double time, more relaxed atmosphere and better service. Hotel is another few bucks, but really, just a few.

Really better to plan a trip when you can come during better hours and spend more time, but you should still find what you need in those late morning hours.
