Based on my experiences on recent years, EROS was a safer visit before the oThER site went down. Most of their listings were reviewed, or came from agencies. Since this year, it's more difficult to tell if the performance will be worthy the $$ even agencies don't present their "associates" as independents, with different email or phone contacts. So keeping track of good agencies and / or finding new talent posting there is more difficult.
