Just a little more follow up on the CityXGuide verification. Supposedly it means the provider is over the age of 18 and that they are the person in the pictures. Part of the verification process is the provider needs to send their ID to CityXGuide. I suppose the provider could always verify with their real ID and then post fake pictures.
