Anyways, I paid this fine gal a visit for those interested, and decided to TOFTT, which actually worked for once.

She is at a private home in Detroit, not the best neighborhood, but far, far from the worst. I did not feel unsafe at all. Her home is clean (like I took my shoes off walking in clean), and smells fine. No signs what so ever of drug use.

She is a parent, and the kids were gone at school, so toys were around, she has an upstairs bedroom, which was ideal.
