I was actually surprised to read your summary then see that you are considering yourself "lucky" haha. I thought it was going to be a "why can't I find more success on the site? Pics aren't likely hers that's for sure. Lesson in image searching if it is of help to anyone.

1) Reverse image search https://is.gd/sYp8gf.

2) Brings up IG model at kikipasso who lives in Miami.

3) Her IG is public, scroll to locate specific pic https://is.gd/AveYgJ.

4) Ok, not her IG but she's in this pic and she's tagged in the photo.

5) Tag in photo takes you to her IG which is private but shows her name and idea of location.

6) Search on FB for her name and location shows her as a student in Miami.

So, fake / stolen pics is almost always a bad sign!
