That's norm in CAMPs.

I always put another folded clean towel on top of the table sheet, providers claimed the sheet is clean but I would not believe what they said.

They always have extra in the room, but I would say some AMP's do this, not most.

Most CAMPs have a small stack of towels in the rooms. If I feel a towel is dirty, I change it out myself or point it out to the masseuse so she can do it.

Definite possibility, if the original poster wasn't BSing. I'm picky about the hygiene products used so I often bring my own to CAMPs / KAMPs. I like the Japanese-style scrub cloths (attachment) available in most Asian supermarkets because they scrub the skin firmly enough without being too harsh, along with a mild, liquid body wash.

I did visit Great Wall again 2 days ago. Coco gave one of her usual good massages with lots of teasing.
