I was browsing in the photo gallery and that is how I landed in the Fayetteville thread. I feel your pain. If you have mongered long enough and if you turn over the donation before services have been rendered this scam is likely to get you at some point.

Do you have an anonymous tip line or website for your area? I have no idea whether LE followed up on my crimestoppers tip when I got scammed in this same manner, but reporting it did make me feel just a little bit better about my financial loss. I included in my report that I MAY have seen evidence that indicated both small children and drugs were also present in the household in addition to the scam.

Include phone, address, and link to her ad. I am sure LE could give a shit about the mongers getting taken, but it is the poor children in that household (wink wink) that might warrant some follow up. Maybe they already have open warrants or at a minimum can get her for massage without a license if that is illegal in your state. Just a thought to cause her some pain.

It is also almost always illegal to audio record someone without their consent but may be excusable in certain situations. Her not being LEO or associated or if she is and denies is entrapment if I understand correctly.

I googled if home security footage can be used against a person in court. It says it can be if the footage is within the legal boundaries of the purpose they were installed for. Catching suspicious activity. In this case it would be a form of entrapment and if money is never handed directly to a provider then its not cash for services. Always set the donation on a table or in an envelope for deniability. Also any footage used has to go through police and all she would be doing is fucking herself over also by video and audio admittance of what she is.

Doing as a provider and setting herself up. Should she have ever followed through with an arranged date with a client. That's about as much as I can assume. I am no legal professional and have no knowledge but just seems how it would play out in my opinion if you can spin it right.

She lives in Goldsporo, I was in need of massage and she advertised that she gives good massage and she agreed to give me discount because I'm driving an hour and a half from fay, I arrived to very nice-neighborhood and the house was really looking good, she was waiting on the door and she seems very nice, she let me in and we sat at the cough, honestly I was feeling very happy and I thought I will get good service, she said that she will give me one hour massage for 100 and ask for the money and I gave it to her (my mind told me this is a nice woman, she will not steal it) , after I gave her the money she said that she don't do the massage in this house because this is her brother house and she will take me to her place, I agreed and offered her a raid in my car to the place, we gets out the door and she told me that she has to go to the back of the house to set up the security code, I told her yes I want to come with you and she refused because I can't see the security code (her I start to feel the wrong) , she went to the back of the house and 2 second after a pickup truck arrived with a very big white man, he approached to me and said what I'm doing here in his drive way (here I said fuck I got robbed), I didn't speak to him I went to my car and left. Brothers she is nice looking lady that what trick me, but she is a thief I tried to call her when I was in my way back home and off course NO answer, lesson learned, I know I feel very angry now but I have to learn, and I have to let my brothers know so they don't face what I faced today.
