I've been getting a massage at a regular place for about a year or two off and on. Maybe once every two months. If she is licensed I would say there is a very small chance she would do extras. I doubt she would risk her career over a few extra bucks. Masseuses deal with guys getting hard ons everyday at work. So, my first thought is you haven't mentioned how much you are tipping her for the hour session. Based on what you just wrote it's very obvious that you like her and you like going to see her so I can only imagine that you're probably tipping her well.
