I googled if home security footage can be used against a person in court. It says it can be if the footage is within the legal boundaries of the purpose they were installed for. Catching suspicious activity. In this case it would be a form of entrapment and if money is never handed directly to a provider then its not cash for services. Always set the donation on a table or in an envelope for deniability. Also any footage used has to go through police and all she would be doing is fucking herself over also by video and audio admittance of what she is.
