But I'll go further. Party labels mean nothing. For example, the small government party are the creators of the EPA, DHS, ICE, DEA, an expanding police state and TARP. The small government / workers party is responsible for trade agreements that have decimated the US middle class and participate in financing America's policing of the world. There is only one constant with these groups..our politicians will not serve and retire, they hang on for dear life until they die. Political dynasties are the norm in the US due to the nostalgia boomers hold for their era and its hero's.

I missed being a baby boomer by a couple of years. I like to consider myself Apolitical, but I saw this and had to chime in. This left and right thing is a scam. We (all of us, left, right and middle) are being played. The funny thing is, we perpetuate it. If anyone thinks for one minute politicians on the left OR politicians on the right give two fucks about anyone not of their ilk, they are delusional. The elite of the world (not the country) run the politicians, the media and the marketing. We are like mangy dogs fighting over scraps and praising masters for giving us the opportunity to fight.

Call me a conspiracy theorist if you like, but I believe the richest of the rich who own the companies that own the companies that own the media (Fox, CNN, MSNBC etc.) have set up this dichotomy to keep us fighting about bathrooms, fake sexual assault accusations, outrageous tweets and so on. As long as we are squabbling over a ham bone, the can go on about their merry way puppeteering the so called world leaders, and stacking up the power and money for themselves and their legacies. Everyone has heard of the Rothschilds, but do you ever hear from them? No! Because they own the owners. They are not the only family running the world, there is on from every so called super power.
I cannot be the only one that sees this shit. Democrat, Republicrat, liberal conservative independent Labour, UMP, Dictatorship. It's all a smokescreen we are the hos they are the pimps and we are thanking them from our respective Points of view for not only fucking us in the ass, but for wiping their dick on our new draws afterward.

I'm a boomer. Sounds like you would just like to liquidate people like me and be done with it. Just know that I'm pretty rough and I won't do down easily. I will admit that certain things came out of my tribe that have negatively affected society but to label us all as you do is disingenuously expedient and dangerous. Both parties fuck us raw and demand that we like it and ask for more and have been doing that since way before boomers were born. I understand your anger and frustration but I would caution you to be careful about who and how you label as responsible for all of the ills that you describe.

One senior member with over 250 posts just got banned over this because he said he can't wait for the day when people of one party can be summarily executed in the streets because their belief is a mental illness that can only be cured by large expenditures of ammunition.

And I've watched that generation be the first in US history to pass on a country in worse condition than when they received it. Their selfishness knows no bounds. We are hemorrhaging money and they are okay cutting and forcing everyone to sacrifice except themselves.
