This thread is littered with bad serenity reviews. I'm sure they're not all bad providers there but the place is getting the same rep as royal has for high rates = poor service. Not a good business model.

Happens all the time, especially with the young and pretty, once they get comfortable with the job they see what they can get away with. It happened at Healthy Habits with two young hotties that didn't care until they were fired. Made room for Amy to work there.
